Wood Bowl Candle Supply stands behind the products we sell and only carry the highest quality oils and wood bowl products.  We suggest getting samples of the scents before buying in larger quantities.  This will help you find the scents you love without having the hassle of returns.  

Damaged Product Return?

Due to the nature of our products damages can occur during shipping.  We advise you to inspect your order carefully when it arrives for any damages.  And promptly let us know. If your product is damaged or defective, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.  To make this easier for us and you we have provided a shipping insurance option called Re-Do available at check out for a minimal fee to you. If you uncheck this option at checkout, we will not be able to provide in store credit or an exchange of product for any damages that occur in transit.  You may start a claim and upload images of damaged items below.
