Shipping policy

Orders will generally ship within 5 business days. We will notify you if there are any delays. 

Busy seasons may take longer so check current ship times. Customer is responsible for making sure your correct address is listed. We want to make sure your package gets to you as mentioned here.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for any damages to your product after it leaves our warehouse. Even though we do our best to package them appropriately to avoid damages, due to the nature of our products, and how packages are handled with carriers, damages can occur. For this reason we have provided a shipping insurance option called Re-Do available at check out for a minimal fee to the customer. If you uncheck this option at checkout, we will not be able to provide in store credit or an exchange of product for any damages that occur in transit.
